Love the pattern, DOES run large as stated, wish the Velcro tabs on the waist were larger (and more) to make the fit truly “adjustable”
Hello Tonic, Received my wrap skirt, and I love the pattern, the material and the overall fit...except for the velcro placement. Ugh! I ordered an x-small (I've 5'5" and 120 lbs for reference) and I believe your clothing line runs small. That's fine, as I now know what to order. However, on the wrap skirt, with the 2 separate pieces of velcro, I had to go the smallest pairing option, which left 2 pieces of "un-partnered" velcro (one piece on each end of the skirt). Since the velcro didn't have a sticky partner, it just decided to stick to the fabric, making small little balls of fabric where it attached and pulled off. I think a better solution would be to have 2 longer strips of velcro so that you can more easily partner up the velcro without a mis-match on the end of the skirt. Make sense? I think the fix for me is going to have to remove the 2 un-partnered pieces of velco so they aren't constantly catching on the fabric and balling it up and ruining it.
It’s nice, but I should have ordered a medium instead of a large.
I really like this skirt, but should have listened to the other reviewers comments about it running large. Exchanging it for smaller size and hope it works out.
Cute, comfortable, flattering, and functional for a number of different activities!
